haha! i love the one about the insufficeient funds fee. one year i overdrafted on my checking account 3 times. i always called and demanded they reverse the fee. once that didnt work anymore i strutted my self into the branch and demanded the reverseal on grounds that i OBVIOUSLY couldn't afford to pay the $30 fee if there was no $$ in my account!! hehe
